The Fair Traders was formed in 2015 by Sydney local John Manins. John has over 25 years experience in the FMCG game with skills in marketing, sales, distribution, manufacturing, and brand ownership. He has a passion for awesome brands and big picture thinking. Honesty, fairness and doing the right thing are core values for John and his team.

“In my previous life working with leading organic brands, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of service focused distributors who really look after their trading partners. With increasing enquiries coming from my network of brand owners looking for the best distributor and partner in New South Wales and ACT, and the frustration of not being able to recommend one, I decided to strap on the bullet proof vest and do it myself!”

 The Fair Traders was formed in 2015 and has quickly become the go-to distributor for innovative and edgy brands in the health and independent retail channels in New South Wales and ACT. We love to collaborate with our retailers who see us as an extension of their business, a true trading partner, not just a supplier.
